We helped Kicks up-level their brand and e-commerce presence
As a leading Nordic beauty retailer, Kicks proudly operated more than 250 brick-and-mortar stores across Sweden, Norway and Finland, offering an extensive selection of 300+ brands and delivering cutting-edge in-store services like skin mapping to cater to their customers' needs. Given that only a fraction of their Kicks Club members shopped online, they recognized the opportunity to invest more in their e-commerce presence.
Because of their trusted reputation, they wanted to ensure a rebrand would feel relevant and be more inclusive of their diverse customer base. To mark its new era of growth, we were brought in to lead the brand's evolution and re-haul their e-commerce website. This encompassed establishing brand guidelines, creating a design system, delivering on design, conducting usability testing, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the entire process.
Kicks recognized their customers were more intentional in their product choices and daily routines and expected a high level of service, especially when shopping online. They were enthusiastic about meeting these expectations by introducing an enhanced e-commerce experience and unveiling a bold, fresh identity.
